ACCES-VR
ACCES-VR, Adult Career and Continuing Education Services-Vocational Rehabilitation, is part of the NYS Department of Education. This state agency provides vocational rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities.
As a public service, RCAL holds informational meetings on the first three Thursdays of every month at 10:00 am. Pre-Registration is mandatory. To register, please call Marge Knox at 845-331-0541 ext. 40. These are informational meetings only. RCAL is here to answer basic questions about the process. OPWDD Vocational Support Services
RCAL believes that everyone has the right to work in the community. RCAL is pleased to be able to offer the continuum of vocational services from the Office for People With Developmental Disabilities.
Programs Offered:

Pathway to Employment- Pathway to Employment is a person-centered employment planning and support service that provides assistance for individuals to explore career pathways to prepare for employment.

ETP (Employee Training Program)- ETP provides career assessment and activities to build on your strengths and overcome barriers to employment, opportunities to work in an environment that will lead to permanent employment in a community business, and on the job support once you find employment.

Community Based Pre-Voc- Prevocational services are available to provide the support needed to develop the skills to be successful in the workplace. These services address your vocational interests and can help you build on your strengths and overcome barriers to employment. These services include support and training related to the ability to obtain and retain employment.

Supported Employment- Supported Employment can provide a range of individualized supports you may need to maintain competitive employment in the community.
