 RCAL is currently seeking talented individuals for the following positions:

Part-Time Benefits Advisor

RCAL is looking for a Part-Time Benefits Advisor who can assist individuals with applying for Social Security Benefits, Medicare, Medicaid, TANF, Section 8, other low-income benefits, Social Security Retirement, Supplemental Income, and Social Security Disability.  Responsibilities include assisting individuals with obtaining, retaining, and re-certifying their benefits, have an understanding and be able to explain the impact of working on an individual's benefits, assisting of management of needs and other tasks, keeping records, assisting with the Durable Medical Loan Closet, and helping out with tasks around the office.  Associates degree or previous experience with Benefits Advisory, a valid NYS driver's license, and automobile insurance that complies with our requirements required.  Must be able to work Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Part-Time Respite Provider

RCAL is seeking a compassionate and responsible individual to join our team as a Part-Time Respite Provider. In this role, you will provide care and support to individuals with disabilities, allowing their primary caregivers to take a break and recharge. The Respite Provider will assist clients with daily living activities, engage them in meaningful social interactions, and ensure their safety and well-being during the respite period. Salary range ($15.50-$16.50)

Part-Time Community Habilitation Support Staff

RCAL is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Community Habilitation Support Staff. In this role, you will provide direct assistance and support to individuals with developmental disabilities to help them achieve their goals, enhance their independence, and participate more fully in their communities. The Community Habilitation Support Staff will work closely with clients, their families, and other members of the support team to implement individualized plans and promote meaningful engagement and skill development. Salary range $16.50- $18.50 (Clean Drivers Licence and own transportation required.)
