Support Groups
Support Groups are offered by the Resource Center for Accessible Living, Inc. RCAL Support Groups are a welcoming, accessible, and safe place to share positive and negative feelings.
We offer the following Support Groups:

Amputee (Limb Loss of the Hudson Valley)

This meeting is held on the SECOND Thursday of each month from 6 - 8:30 p.m. at RCAL. Members of the public are welcome.

Traumatic Brain Injury

This meeting is held on the SECOND Monday of each month from 2-4 p.m. at RCAL. Members of the public are welcome.

Hudson Valley Task Force of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (temporarily non-operational)

This meeting is held on the THIRD Thursday of each month at RCAL. Members of the public are welcomed.

Identifying and using various resources for your well-being.

Learning ways of dealing with feelings and emotions.

Developing effective coping skills and adaptive behaviors.

Enhancing your self-esteem.
