ACCES-VR, or Adult Career and Continuing Education Services-Vocational Rehabilitation, is part of the NYS Department of Education. This state agency provides vocational rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities. It was formerly known as VESID.

As a public service, RCAL holds Informational meetings on the first three Thursdays of every month at 10:00 am sharp. Pre-Registration is mandatory. Please call 845-454-8388 to register to attend a meeting. These are informational meetings only. RCAL is there to answer basic questions about the process. For more detailed information, please refer to the ACCES-VR website.
