This past fall, the Community Foundation of Ulster County and the Community Foundation of Dutchess County awarded $38,150 in Community Response Grants to 24 not-for-profit organizations. The Ulster Awards Ceremony was held at the Resource Center for Accessible Living located in Kingston. RCAL received $1,750 in Community Response Grant funds.
